Scarfolk: Unhallowed. Eldritch. Unnamable.
Scarfolk is a town in North West England that did not progress beyond 1979. Instead, the entire decade of the 1970s loops ad infinitum. Here in Scarfolk, pagan rituals blend seamlessly with science; hauntology is a compulsory subject at school, and everyone must be in bed by 8pm because they are perpetually running a slight fever. "Visit Scarfolk today. Our number one priority is keeping rabies at bay." For more information please reread.
Via.
German readers, where are the German sites celebrating the moldy, unwholesome, somehow fungal design motifs of the 1970s?
There are probably several german '70ties nostalgia sites celebrating the colorful decade. Not very good, but enough for a glimpse back in time (I am a little too young for some of it, entered primary school in '78)

Have you been in the living rooms of any old Germans? The 70s design lives on there, probably too close to the present in Germany for anyone to get too ironic about it yet.
