I don't agree with everything in this written piece, but you do make some very good points. Either way it absolutely was a highly thought out and great read therefore i decided I would leave you a comment.

Question to Andrew (as he clearly knows more about the law than I do): If USA (Britain, France, Germany) decides to enforce a no flight zone in Lybia and shoots down a Lybian fighter Jet (without UN-mandate, as at least China probably wont go along). Would this be a breach of international law and/or count as act of aggression? Could the European politicians hold accountable in Den Haag?

So the UK cut deals with the colonel, while the US had him bombed? Curse capitalism, perverted any which way, anyway. Bomb a "monster," just to stop his "unforgivable atrocities," as Mr Brooks has it? How dare they! We need a socialist band of brothers again, and presto. I understand that both Tunisia's and Egypt's scourges have been expelled, and none to soon, so let's have a fresh start to deal the moneybags the last deadly blow for good. Meanwhile, let's grab some Staatsknete, just for kicks. Ain't got tenure? Civil service rules supreme! Suck'em dry, them bloodsuckers. ¡Hasta la victoria siempre! With a pension plan.
