Waltz for Debby in Swedish

If you listen to the Complete Bill Evans on Verve, you'll notice a bunch of songs in which Evans accompanies Monika Zetterlund, a Swedish actress and jazz singer. They're not very successful tracks overall, but her voice has a sort of wan, breathy charm. Judge for yourself by following this link (sorry, no embedding available) where you can see her rehearsing with the Bill Evans Trio for a Swedish-language version (!) of Evans' classic Waltz for Debby.

Charming and enjoyable, even the coughing. Particularly the latter reminds me of my younger days in the sixties--grown-ups couldn't do without.

On an unrelated note: Thoughts going through my head after first spotting the new title graphic:
1. That's pretty amusing.
2. That's the wrong bin. The trolley should go in the black one (for non-recyclable garbage).
3. How very German of me.
4. Actually, shouldn't it go in the sperrmüll, anyway?
